I'm familiar with that story and it's a great story, Fly.
Glad you are sharing it with those who may not have heard it before. My sister was also in the air that morning. Flying out of PA. She had emailed me the night before saying she was really worried about flying which really wasn't anything out of the usual for her as she was always fearful of flying. Which also was strange because she was a contract manager for a tour/ charter company and it was her job to fly all over the Carribean, Mexico and South America to negotiate vacation packages at hotels and resorts. That morning however she was in a Lear jet with other executives flying to some meeting, and perhaps that why she was more worried than usual to be in a small aircraft but they got diverted as well to Canada. I was living on in Calfornia the time so was on West Coast time on that fateful day and I had woke up horrified, watching just as the second tower fell, and it suddenly occurred to me as they were trying to locate the passenger jet in PA that had gone missing that oh shit my sister was in the air. Luckily she was okay but I didn't hear from her for several hours not to later that afternoon.
